Sorrel
Known for it freshm lemony flavor. Rich in vitamin C. Supports digestion and gut health. Helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Red Leaf Lettuce
Rich in antioxidants, supports heart health, low in calories and sodium while prodividng potassium. Good source of vitamins A & K. Hydrating and digestion friendly. Contains folate which is important for cell growth and overall metabolic health.
Ruby Red Swiss Chard
Extremely nutrient-dense, rich in vitamins A, C, and K, supporting immune health, skin health, and strong bones. Helps reduce inflammation and protect cells from oxidative stress. Provides potassium and magnesium which help regulate blood pressure and support healthy ciculation.
Bibb Lettuce
Soft, buttery and tender, known for its delicate texture. It brings freshness and balance to mixed green salads. Easy to digest, low in calories. High water conent helps support hydration.
Dinosaur Kale & Kale
Adds a mild earthy flavor. Supports immune health, vision, skin health, and strong bones. Supports healthy choleserol levels and blood pressure.
Red Mustard Greens
Adds a slightly peppery flavor. Contains fiber that aids digestion and helps promote gut health.
